Can the Public purchase books from Temple Books?: YES
Do Parents get the same discounts as schools?: In most cases YES.
Do you supply any type or genre of book?: YES if it is print.
Is there a minimum purchase?: NO
Are there postage & handling charges?: For schools and colleges, orders under $100 attract a $5 postage and handling fee.
For members of the public and pupils, postage and handling charges are calculated on weight and distance, and will be notified when your order is confirmed.
How do I order books?: You can order either via the website, fax or email.
If ordering via email, please supply contact details.
How do I pay for the books?: We accept cheques, Direct Deposit, Money Order or Credit Card. Payment must be received by dispatch of the order.
Can I return a Book?: Generally NO.
Can I pickup my order?: YES, upon request
Do you give higher discounts for multiple copies?: YES, class sets only.
Do you ship overseas?: YES at the buyers expense of course.
Do you give refunds?: We do not refund for your incorrect choice, covered or name labelled books. We will refund/exhange if we are at fault.
